I. All applications are to be submitted to and screened by the Membership Committee at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled intake process.

II. The Membership Committee shall have the responsibility of interviewing, evaluating, and recommending applicants for membership to the Winston-Salem Sportsmen Club.

III. All applicants will be encouraged to join the Winston Lake Family Y as part of the Sportsmen Club's Legacy and enduring partnership with youth.

IV. A joining fee (as designated by the Club) and the current annual dues should be paid prior to the designated intake process.

V. Applicants will be invited to attend one (1) meeting of the Sportsmen Club body during the intake process for a "briefing" dialogue and chatting session with Club Members.

VI. Members shall vote immediately after the "briefing" session with the applicants. All monies for application fees and/or current dues are receivable at this time. Reimbursements should likewise be noted in case of non-membership activation.
