The Sportsmen Club also awarded 22 scholarships to local student-athletes. There were 15 recipients of the Mary Garber Scholarship for area girls high school basketball players.

The Winston-Salem Sportsmen Club partnered with Kimberly Park Elementary School and Camile Poe to give five students the opportunity to serve as ushers at the Winston-Salem Sportsmen Club Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, exposing them to leadership and mentorship outside the classroom.

There were five recipients of the Bill Hayes Pigskin Challenge scholarships:

This was the first year that the Sportsmen Club awarded these scholarships.
The inaugural Jacques Holiday Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Eric Wiley of Walkertown, and the Alfred Poe Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Ahmad Arnold of Carver.
