How the Winston-Salem Sportsmen Club, Inc. uses information submitted through this website.
Contact and membership information
When you choose to submit a message or application, the website sends the details you enter to wssportsmenclub@gmail.com for the Club to respond or review your interest in membership. Membership is subject to the Club’s review process. The website does not approve applications or collect joining fees.
Only fields marked required must be completed. Emergency contact and other optional details can be left blank. Include someone else’s contact information only with their permission. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, background checks, medical information or other sensitive records through these forms.
Website service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security verification and email transmission. Its security systems process technical information, such as IP address and browser information, to protect the website and prevent spam. LUR Growth maintains the website for the Club. Application and contact messages are sent to the Club’s Gmail inbox.
The website’s delivery database stores a reference number, a hash of the submitted details, delivery status and submission time to reduce duplicate sends and investigate delivery problems. It does not store the form answers. The website does not intentionally log form contents. Authorized website administrators can access delivery status. The Club controls access to messages in its inbox.
Email and record handling
Email is not an end-to-end encrypted submission service. The Club manages messages and their retention in its inbox. Contact the Club to ask about its handling of your information or to request access, correction or deletion. A delivery confirmation means the message was accepted by the email service; it does not guarantee inbox placement or a response time.
Donations and tickets
Payment and ticket links open Zeffy, where the Club’s campaigns are hosted. Zeffy handles the checkout and has its own privacy terms. This website does not collect card details. Archived documents may contain historical contact details and past event terms.
Cookies and preferences
This public website does not add advertising or audience analytics. Your motion preference is saved in your browser. Security verification may use Cloudflare technology. The separate private client portal uses sign-in and access controls under its own privacy notice.
